Legal assistance is provided by the Law Firm starting from the analysis of the documents presented by the Client and the estimation of the amount of the claims to which the Client is entitled. After gathering the relevant documents, the Law Firm submits the claim on behalf of the Client and conducts liquidation proceedings before the insurer. If both parties wish to use the method of amicable dispute resolution (mediation or negotiations) the Law Firm on behalf of the Client undertakes such an attempt of dispute settlement. Prior to drawing up the statement of claim, if necessary, the Law Firm finalizes the collection of documents, determines the litigation tactics and assesses the evidence cited for certain facts in the process in terms of its usefulness. Within the scope of legal representation, the Law Firm guarantees legal assistance up to its legally valid conclusion, presence of a professional attorney at each hearing, hearing of witnesses and experts and drafting of pleadings together with appeals, responding to opinions of court experts and drafting of current letters in cases. The Law Firm also offers representation in enforcement proceedings.

It is also possible to use the services of the Law Firm in a narrower scope, e.g. as part of one-off legal advice or to obtain an opinion on a property or personal insurance contract and/or general terms and conditions of contracts, or to obtain an opinion on letters received by the insurer.
