The possibility of online legal advice has been introduced by the Law Firm to meet the expectations of people who value fast, comfortable, simple, and safe legal solutions. The online legal advice does not require a personal meeting in the registered office of the Law Firm.
Providing legal services by the Law Firm
in the case of online legal advice
is carried out in three basic steps:
The client fills in the form below by completing all its fields concerning a detailed description of the case and, if necessary, encloses any necessary documents.
The answer from the Law Firm involves the assessment of the legal service and is performed via e-mail within maximum 24 hours, counting from the time of receiving the query from the client (to the Law Firm). If the query from the client does not include all necessary information and/or documents, the Law Firm is entitled to indicate to the client in a return email which information and/or documents are necessary in order to make a legal service valuation. Within next 24 hours, counting from the time of receiving the needed information and/or documents, the Law Firm makes the assessment of the legal service and informs the client via e-mail about this fact. The amount of the fee depends on the complexity of the query and the number of documents which require legal analysis.

The client receives legal advice online after a prior payment of the remuneration for legal services, which arises from the assessment by the Law Firm and has been accepted by the client, to the bank account of the Law Firm. The Law Firm commences rendering services after receiving the due amount on the Law Firm’s bank account.
